Yoga for Weight Management - 6 week Series
This 6 week series is different from our regular classes in that in these sessions we will build upon poses each week so you are able to implement them into your normal routine. You will learn how yoga can benefit weight control, what poses are most effective to help improve digestion, tone muscles, reduce stress, etc. We will help you implement changes in your lifestyle to improve your health and help you reach your weight goals. This series requires a commitment from you each week. You will be asked to practice on your own in between each class and read some articles. What you put in is what you will get out! We are here to help you succeed! You do not need any prior yoga experience, need to be in shape or flexible! This is open to EVERYONE!!!!
