One of my teachers once said “If you can breathe you can do yoga” and that has become the mantra of the studio. Our classes are designed for everyone in mind, from the beginner to the experienced yogi. The goals of each class it to help people center their mind, increase strength and flexibility and bring more awareness to their body.
