Recently, one of the most significant “aha moments” I had was that sometimes change diverts you into areas of unknown, however it can unfold the most significant realizations you would have never found. Due to a recent career change I am now following my passion to teach yoga to others and taking time to focus more on my own practice. I now hope I can bring the same awareness I have found to my students allowing them to see the tremendous benefits they can receive through the practice of yoga.

Level 1 Yoga Fit Certification
200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification through Sharing Yoga, Concord NH and approved by the Yoga Alliance
