All Levels Yoga: If you have never tried yoga or you are looking to deepen your practice this class is for everyone. We will move from one pose to the next guided by our breathe with each pose being modified for every level.
Gentle Yoga: A class great for prenatal students, seniors, or those looking for a class to help stretch, find relaxation and connect with mind and body through slow movements in and out of poses.
Yoga Conditioning: This class will focus specific aresas of the body to help increase flexibility and range of motion. This is a great class for runners, bikers, triathletes, or any other athlete. Areas we will focus on are shoulders and chest, hips and legs, abs, upper and lower back, etc. In addition, you will learn relaxation and breathing techniques to help improve overall performance.
Flow Yoga: This class is a bit more fast paced then our all levels class; however we will focus on flexibility, strength, endurance, and our breath. It you are looking for a yoga class where you may break a sweat, this is a class for you!
Family Yoga: This class will provide a fun environment for parents/caregivers and children to practice and receive the benefits of yoga. We will practice postures, play games and even have relaxation for all. This is a fun class for all families to try!
