YogaPiphany provides classes geared to a variety of levels to help bring the gift of yoga to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Our philosophy is "if you can breath, you can do yoga!" 
 
Come and try out a class and enjoy the numerous benefits yoga has to offer. Yoga postures can help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The relaxation and breathing used in all classes can help improve overall concentration, reduce stress, and bring about a higher level of awareness on and off the mat. We welcome you to expand your current yoga practice or simply start your yoga journey with us.

Baby & Me Yoga 

Reconnect with your body, get fit, and have fun with your baby! This class will move through a series of standing and floor poses while using your baby to help you strengthen, stretch, and tone. This is a wonderful opportunity to come together with other moms in a class designed especially for you! You will experience the benefits and healing effects of the yoga postures beneficial to the post-partum period. Babies should be able to hold their heads up and should not be crawling yet. 

Starting Thursday, September 16th 10:15 am


Yoga for Weight Management

Through yoga you can improve your overall health by improving your digestion, increasing circulation, toning and stretching your muscles, and most importantly increasing your awareness and reducing stress. This class will focus on poses to improve these areas and help you implement changes in your lifestyle to improve your health and help you reach your weight goals. No prior yoga experience is needed, everyone is welcome!

 

Every Tuesday at 8:30 am starting Sept 14th  and every Thursday at 5:45 pm starting Sept 16th


Karma Yoga

(Held the 2nd Friday of each month.)

Karma (“action”) Yoga is the action of selfless service that helps lead us on the path to self-realization. Through our asana (posture) practice we become more aware of what is happening in our bodies and from there we become more aware of what is happening around us. As a way to help take our practice off our mat each month YogaPiphany will host a Karma Yoga class where all proceeds/donations will be donated to a local charity.  Join us to give back!
