YogaPiphany provides classes geared to a variety of levels to help bring the gift of yoga to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. In all classes students will flow from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to each movement. Our philosophy is "if you can breath, you can do yoga!"
Come and try out a class and enjoy the numerous benefits yoga has to offer. Yoga postures can help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The relaxation and breathing used in all classes can help improve overall concentration, reduce stress, and bring about a higher level of awareness on and off the mat.
